Reimbursement


Our policy is for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package , the labels and any warranty stamps must not be removed .

Certain types of goods are exempt from returns.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, personal and ambient perfumes, cosmetics and body care products, products belonging to the underwear and beauty category.

Some items for health and personal care

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or denied.
If you've been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain time frame.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have already done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at e-commerce@vittoriocitro.it.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items within 14 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to resi@vittoriocitro.it and send your item to: Vittorio Citro S.r.l., Via Sasso 1, 84086 Roccapiemonte SA, Italy.
Otherwise ask us to make a collection at your address.

Return instructions

To request authorization for the return, it is necessary to fill in the appropriate form on the returns page of vittoriocitro.it or send an email to resi@vittoriocitro.it and enter your order number, reason for the return, and article of the product to be returned. no later than 15 days after purchase.
The return shipment made with the courier indicated by VITTORIOCITRO.IT will be FREE.
If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer.
The product to be returned must be delivered to the courier no later than 14 days from receipt of the order.
Vittorio Citro Srl reserves the right to make partial refunds in the event that the returned product has suffered damage during transport in any of its parts
If the courier will not be able to carry out the collection for reasons not attributable to him, such as the absence of the product at the address provided, the customer will only have to contact the courier service provider in his area, to deliver the product to be returned.

In the event of chaos, the return is made from a country that provides for the payment of duties, the latter will in no case be refunded, and furthermore, in the event that, to receive the return, Vittorio Citro srl finds itself having to pay and taxes for the withdrawal of the product, the latter will be entirely subtracted from the refund.
